You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be issued when products are returned and meet the requirements for return items. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days of receiving the products. E-liquids, E-juice, coils/atomizer heads, promotional items, opened cartridges or any other consumable products are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. External batteries (Li-ion/Li-Po) are also ineligible for refund/return/exchange.
In addition to returning a product for refund, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges on return/refund/exchange items, shipping charges are non-refundable. If a product that initially received free shipping is returned, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost associated with delivery and the costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Remember that promotional free shipping is a promotion and not counted as full cost of shipping.
All cartridges, atomizers, e-liquids, coils, RBA, and clearance items are final sale and are not covered by our 30-day return policy and warranty.
Customers assume all costs of returning products to us, and we assume the costs of replacement parts/products as well as the shipping costs of returning items back to the customer.

- Receive approval with RMA #
- Package products with appropriate packaging to ensure safety of devices
- Ship items at your expense
A customer service representative will inform you upon our receipt of your warranty/return/exchange product(s). We always recommend using delivery confirmation/ tracking shipping when products are returned to us.
